Where do I check in?

Once you arrive, please locate the registration/ticketing area. Please have your ID’s and tickets ready for check in. Our friendly team will greet you and provide wristbands for access.

What time does the Sponsor Expo Hall open?

The Sponsor Expo Hall doors open at 1:30 p.m. for Premium ticket holders and 2 p.m. for General Admission ticket holders.

Where do I pick-up my gift bag if I purchased the Premium Package?

You will receive your Premium Package gift bag in the designated Gift Bag area after the show. We are unable to fulfill gift bags before the show or if you do not stay until the end.

What is the dress code for the event?

All guests in attendance are required to wear top, bottom, and shoes at all times for their own safety. Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing offensive clothing items.

Where do I park?

There are 3 parking lots that are near the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall. Parking is $20/vehicle, cash only. Lot addresses are:

  • Shrine West Lot: 715 W. Jefferson Blvd.
  • Shrine Parking Structure: 714 W. 32nd Street
  • USC Shrine Structure: 686 W. 32nd Street

The Shrine is also easily accessible via the LA Metro “Expo” Line off the Jefferson/USC exit, for more info, visit metro.net.

Prohibited Items

  • Outside food or beverage
  • Alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia, illegal substances, e-cigarettes, eye drops
  • Weapons, explosives, fireworks, tear gas, pepper spray, pocket knives/blades of any size
  • Open packs of cigarettes
  • Pets (with the exception of service animals)
  • Glass bottles, metal cans, cups or coolers, camelbaks, bota bags, plastic water bottles
  • Instruments, noise making devices (ie. horns, cowbells, whistles)
  • Blankets, chairs
  • Flags, beach balls, frisbees, balloons
  • Laser pointers, light gloves, LED micro lights, flashlights
  • Massagers, plush or furry items (including backpacks), pacifiers, dust masks
  • Professional cameras (no detachable lenses), tripods, go-pros, selfie sticks, audio recording devices
  • Stickers, flyers, posters, sharpies/markers, spray paint
  • Water guns, toy replica weapons, squirt bottles, soap bubbles, slingshots
  • Skateboards, skates, plastic water bottles, CamelBaks
  • Gang attire, chains/chain wallets, oversized purses, backpacks (over 10”x10)
  • Any other item deemed inappropriate by Shrine management.

Will food and beverages be served?

Yes, food and beverage will be available for purchase.

What time do the festivities begin?

The Sponsor Expo Hall doors open at 1:30 p.m. for Premium ticket holders, and 2 p.m. for General Admission ticket holders.

FACE Awards begins at 7 p.m.

Is there an age restriction of who can attend?

The event is open to all ages, however, any attendees below the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian throughout the duration of the show.

Is it open seating?

No, all guests will be assigned a seat at the event. If you would like to sit with friends, we recommend ordering your tickets together, at the same time. All guests must have a ticket to attend the Sponsor Expo Hall and FACE Awards show.

Can I pick my seat?

No, when you purchase your ticket, your seat will be automatically selected on your behalf.

If I have lost something at the venue, who should I contact to get it back?

All lost and found are turned into the NYX Professional Makeup team at the end of the night. Please reach out to Brittany Judson – Brittany.judson@advantagemrktg.com to be reunited with your lost item.

Do I still get a gift bag with a General Admission ticket?

Yes, similar to past years there will still be a gift bag with the GA tickets.

Where can I park?

General Admission and Premium Ticket holders can park in the following areas:

  • Parking in USC Shrine Structure - $20 event day cost – CASH OR CARD
  • North Parking Structure - $20 event day cost – CASH ONLY
